Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
2.Assist in handling marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
3.Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and support optimization decisions.
4.Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives (hooks, offers, angles).
5.Support product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory coordination.
6.Analyze funnel performance (click → landing → ATC → purchase) and identify improvement areas.
7.Assist in setting up tracking systems (Pixel, Conversion API, GA4) and ensure data accuracy.
8.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and timely deliverables.
9.Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with the team.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1.0-2 years of experience in performance marketing or e-commerce operations.
2.Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplaces (Amazon preferred).
3.Familiarity with D2C funnels and key marketing metrics is a plus.
4.Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Ability to work with teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7.Ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,80,000 /year
