Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales coordination, follow-ups, and lead nurturing across different channels.
Handle client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication and delivery.
Track ongoing client requirements, timelines, approvals, and operational dependencies.
Maintain strong day-to-day client communication and help resolve coordination bottlenecks quickly.
Support proposal sharing, follow-up scheduling, pipeline updates, and sales documentation.
Monitor task flow across internal teams and ensure deadlines and deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
Identify operational gaps in client servicing and suggest process improvements for smoother execution.
Prepare basic status updates, coordination reports, and internal follow-up summaries.

Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,80,000 /year
